The construction was a killer if not for thar a 10 but can't blame the hotel for that

The hotel is very nice. It has a modern touch and the rooms are very big. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and it has a great swimming pool on the roof as well as great room service. The hotel is very close to Wat Arun temple and many other tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Bangkok.

The location was nice but there was construction in front of the hotel during our stay which caused some issues when I ordered a taxi as they would get lost in finding the entrance of the hotel. However that was the only issue and it is definitely not the hotel’s fault. Also the hotel was nice enough to send me a message about this issue before arriving so the staff were very professional and kind.

Nice breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff

Basically the rooftop pool is nice but very dangerous. No real steps, no handrail to enter (exit on all fours), with wet feet the tiles around the pool are very slippery, hockey players who are used to ice rinks may handle it.

Location close to Khoason Rd amd the palace and temples was perfect. Loved the rooftop pool after a day of exploring. Staff was extremely friendly.

The hotel is really nice. We stayed in a family suite. Spacious with two rooms. Breakfast is good. Pool and rooftop are beautiful! Pretty good location for the main temples to sightsee.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel right now. They are building a new metro stop across the street. It makes it hard to get around. It didn't seem like there were many good restaurants around it.

The breakfast was open good hours (6:30 to 10am) and had a decently selection of hot and cold food. Tea and coffee making facilities were simple but effective. Terrific rooftop pool.

The second room was accessible and was a little tight. It would be good to have more tourist information about nearby restaurants, attractions, how to use public transport etc.

The TVs in the room could be connected to netflix, etc. But it so incredibly slow - we gave up in the end. It would be good to have more tourist information about nearby restaurants, attractions, how to use public transport etc.

Very comfortable room and hotel. Quite with a great outlook onto the canal behind. Great pool. Service staff was fantastic, front desk staff very helpful.

Everything. First of all, the Friendliness of the staff. They capture what I expect from Thai People. Everything was smooth from arrival to departure. I booked a Family room, and it was elegant. I read before that because of some renovations and road works in front of the Hotel some of the guests were disturbed by the sounds outside but in our case, it was quiet and we had a good sleep. For the breakfast, for 4 consecutive days 80% of the food were all the same, the only time they change the variety were the Thai food. The location was also great. A couple of meters away you can find some interesting attractions like the Temple in front,Khao San road, the first Muay Thai Stadium, 711's etc. Highly recommended.

Only complaint, and it’s not much of one would be its proximity to some more upscale restaurants. Love the local places and street food, but this hotel outclasses its surroundings.

Our stay at Ayathorn Bangkok was a wonderful surprise! Our flight was changed and we needed an extra night, but the hotel we originally booked was full. Luckily, Ayathorn Bangkok was right next door—and we’re so happy it worked out this way.Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. We found this hotel by coincidence, but the value was amazing—especially coming from the US, where a similar hotel would easily cost ten times more.Highly recommend Ayathorn Bangkok, and we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

The hotel is great, the room spacious and clean, staff super friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Unfortunately there was some road construction nearby and it was a bit difficult to walk around.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the rooftop pool. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Loved our stay here.

The hotel is very nice and the stuff is very nice (apart from see below)

1. The building is next to a massive construction. 95% of time the isolation on the rooms are well. 2. The reception was very nice and helpful throughout all of our stay. However, when we left, we booked a private driver to our next destination using one of the workers which was a huge mistake. Even though we try to communicate with the driver about are stops along the way (using gpt / other translator) she said “yes yes” but actually took us to a different floating market that we wanted. Not only that, she took us to a side entrance- where she must get a fee and is a tourist scam- as they tried to charge us 3 times as what it should be (later during the trip I’ve seen a sign that states correct prices) and it starts with shops much more expensive than the actual market that you see just later. Moreover, she continued arguing (to the point of close to yelling) with us about stops along the way!. As we traveled with kids that was the all point of a driver.

Huge room, very clean and a perfect patio for watching the locals fish along the river (our room was on the river side)

The bed was very comfy but needs a good rotation as there was a very deep divot that made it difficult to sleep in any other spot. The young boys at the hotel pool didn’t seem to want to serve or accommodate anyone and were quite rude/dismissive.

Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Within walking distance to sites in old Bangkok near Rajdamnoen Avenue. Nice rooftop view.
